The Weigh What Matters app is part of AMA’s Healthier Life Steps™ program that encourages patients to work with their doctor to maintain a healthy weight, eat better, and increase physical activity. First, talk with your doctor to establish a target weight and set daily diet and exercise goals. Then enter these goals into the completely free Weigh What Matters app and track your progress through daily reminders, diet and activity logs, and monthly reports. You can even email these reports to your doctor for the best health care coordination to achieve a healthier you.
